Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion.

What Will Be Deleted

When your request is confirmed, we will permanently delete:

Your profile and personal information

Your preferences, activity history, and any in-app saved data
We may retain limited information as required by law (e.g., transaction records, fraud prevention data).

To protect your account, we may contact you to verify ownership before deletion is processed.

Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

​
Important Note
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all associated data will be permanently removed.
